I look at the many ways how human resources can make a direct impact on a company’s growth, and adopt a strategic approach developing and retaining employees to meet the needs of the company’s specific needs and long-term plans.
To have a solid HR plan implemented means increased job satisfaction, better work culture (therefore improved rates of customer satisfaction), and a boost in productivity.
Before implementing a HR plan, I will develop a thorough understanding of your company’s objectives, evaluate your HR capability, analyse your current HR capacity in light of your goals. I can also estimate your company’s future HR requirements, determine the tools required to cater for future growth, and implement the human resource management strategy.
